Welcome! I’m a yoga teacher, fitness instructor and wellness coach. I also love to take photos of beautiful places and write!
I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I've also lived in Santa Barbara, San Diego, and Honolulu!
I've traveled quite a lot since I was a kid! Everything from a 3 month world cruise when I was 5, to exploring lots of countries since...including France, Spain, Switzerland, Ireland, Scotland, England, Greece, Australia, Kenya, Tanzania, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, and more!
But of everywhere I’ve ever been, there is nowhere like Italy.
Why Italy? I've always been inspired by the magical land of ancient ruins, fabulous art & architecture, the best food you'll ever taste, sunny beach towns with turquoise sea, beautiful vineyards, delicious wine, the romantic language, the warmth of the people...and so much more!
My love of Italy started when I was 15 on a family trip. We went from Lake Como down to Rome seeing tons of beautiful towns in between.
It was love at first sight.
I went on to study Italian in college, spent a semester in Florence, then taught yoga in Rome for 2 months in 2018!
It’s where my soul is at home.
And now I'm living in Rome, which feels like a dream come true.
Italy to me is heaven on earth…
My favorite quote is from Giuseppe Verdi…
“You may have the universe if I may have Italy.”
I can’t stop talking about Italy…
In fact, I feel like I drive my friends and family un po' pazzo (a little crazy)...which is why I started this blog.
Here I can share as much as I want about my beloved bella Italia!
And all the goodness of Mediterranean living!
My nutrition and wellness coaching is based on the way of life here...it's about slowing down, eating real food, finding joy in the simple pleasures, creating community, and enjoying the absolute beauty in life which can be found everywhere you look.
Of course, I’ll also be sharing my favorite places, hotels, towns, beaches & beach clubs, restaurants and more!
